The current app holds no accounts and collects no data

The version of Sweepmate currently distributed is a holding screen. It has no sign-up, no login, no account system, and it does not collect, store, or share any personal data. If you have installed the current app, there is no account to delete and no data held about you.

Data from earlier versions of the app

If you created an account in an earlier version of the Sweepmate app and want that account and its associated data deleted, we will do it — fully and without conditions.

1. Email hello@sweepmate.app with the subject line "Account deletion request".
2. Include the email address or username the account was registered under, so we can locate it.
3. We will confirm receipt, verify the request came from the account holder, and delete the account together with all associated personal data — profile details, contact information, and game history.
4. Deletion is completed within 30 days of a verified request, and we will confirm by email when it is done.

What is kept, and for how long

Nothing is retained after deletion except where we are legally required to keep it — for example, records required under our Gambling Commission licence obligations or applicable financial regulations. Any such records are kept only for the legally mandated period and only for that purpose, then destroyed.
